The Lotus Lab Engineer will work across Lotus Domino world wide development, test, and L3 team to help on IT assets management, IT security control, server OS management and Domino server management.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
-Experience on capital request&control, hardware purchase, hardware asset and software license management.
-Familiar with kinds of operating systems - Windows, Linux/Unix, Mac, etc.
-Rich experience on IT security, like OS security setting, patching, etc
-Experience on Virtualization - VMWare, Unix LPARs, Citrix
-Real experience of managing a big volume (500+) of servers across different OS
-Rich experience of managing production systems
-Rich scripting skills - Perl, Unix shell scripts, etc
-Familiar with kinds of browsers, include IE/FireFox/Safari, etc.
-Experience of managing file servers
-Domino server management skills
-Willingness to support a high performance environment, from production messaging systems to development and test systems
-Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Quick learner and fast paced flexible Agile environment
-Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
-Good communication & team work skills
-Good English communication in writing, listening and speaking
Bachelor degree in science & technology or equivalent. IT related certifications can be a plus.
